- Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required to process any return.

2. Return Process

- Once your return request is approved, you must ship the product back to the address provided by our team.
- The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by us.
3. Refunds

- If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
As we will not provide any replacement or exchange, if you received any damaged or defective products, you should inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product to raise a return request. Once we approve the return, you should send back the product to the address from which it came to process the refund.
